and I’m a certified fitness professional, proudly trained through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). With a strong foundation in health and wellness, I’ve had the honor of working closely with members of the military community, helping them stay in peak physical condition while understanding the importance of mental and emotional resilience.

I created Elevate by Cassiopeia as a space where everyday individuals can take their fitness journey to the next level—whether that means building strength, improving endurance, or simply showing up for themselves consistently.
